Challenge
Can entirely new superheroes be created from scratch using generative AI – including looks, personality, superpowers, and backstory – without relying on existing comic tropes?
Approach
With ChatGPT and MidJourney, I developed structured prompts that define each hero’s appearance, powers, and narrative. Iterative image generation and prompt refinement allowed the characters to emerge with clear visual identity and uniqueness.
My Role
I designed the overall concept, created a modular prompt framework, crafted unique character ideas like The Sketch, Goldfisch, and Cab Driver, and guided both visual and narrative development.
Result
A creative study that proves how generative AI can be used to invent fresh, distinctive superhero personas – with full visual and story depth, ready for animation, comics, or games.
