Challenge
Traditional content production – especially photoshoots and post-production – is costly, inflexible, and slow to adapt to fast-moving market demands. This feasibility study explores whether generative AI can offer a faster, more cost-efficient, and scalable alternative for producing high-quality marketing visuals.
Approach
Using generative AI tools (image models, prompt engineering, asset training), the concept outlines a potential workflow that could:
Reduce production costs by up to 60–80% (based on estimated photoshoot benchmarks of €1,250–€4,500 per shoot)
Minimize post-production time and effort
Enable rapid asset adaptation for localized or seasonal campaigns
My Role
As a Design & AI Strategist, I conceptualized the end-to-end pipeline: model training strategy, prompt architecture, visual alignment, and validation framework for real-world readiness – all without implementing the concept in production (yet).
Result
The study indicates strong potential for scalable AI-driven visual content creation. Future steps could include prototyping the pipeline, testing output quality, and evaluating integration into existing marketing workflows.
